Conversely, the release of data in fields not marked with an asterisk, while potentially useful for facilitating the procedure and the provision of the service, is optional, and their non-indication does not prejudice the completion of the procedure itself. The Comune della Spezia manages numerous services, each with varying types of required data and collection purposes.

How long will my data be processed?

The data will be processed for the entire time necessary for the provision of the service, and following the conclusion of the process or service provided, the data will be stored in accordance with regulations on the preservation of administrative documentation.
